The client

After presenting our four trends for 2012 we were given a client to work with. The next brief was to come up with two advertising campaigns, produce our trends package and marketing report.

We were given Argos.
We all went speechless and our tutor laughed.
He knew what he had put us in for.

Cut a long story short (for now);
  • We came up with two advertising campaigns; Billboard adverts and a TV commercial.
  • We also produced a whole new concept for how to shop in Argos, changing it from a store to more of a pick up point.
  • The shop floor layout, logo and colour pallette were completely changed.
  • We also introduced touch screen catalouges which have a direct search bar, and pay point all in one.
  • A mock up of a new webpage
  • Future advertising ideas.

All of this realted to two of our previous trends and ran smoothly with our consultancys USP.

A very stressful experience.
But very worth it.
